Processing & Handling Time
All orders are carefully prepared and typically processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. During peak seasons or promotional periods, handling time may extend slightly — we'll always keep you informed.

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

International Shipping
We proudly ship to select countries worldwide, bringing artisan craftsmanship from India, Portugal, Bali, and the US to your door.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Please note: International delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or unforeseen delays.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
We are not able to predict or control these fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
All international packages are declared at full value as required by law. We are unable to mark shipments as "gifts" to avoid customs fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after your shipment notification.
Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at beautyandbeyondgeneralstore@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll work with you to make it right.
